To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must have the original swing tags and garment label tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- The item needs to be accompanied by the receipt/invoice.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (We send all of our parcels via Australia Post with tracking).
- Once you have posted your returned purchase we ask that for tracking purposes you please email us a copy of the postage receipt, without this we cannot assist you with recovering any lost (in the post) items/parcels.
- Return Postage Fees are payable by the customer.
- Once we receive your returned purchase we will process your return within 24 hours.
If an item is deemed faulty you have the choice of a repair or replacement, if the item cannot be repaired or replaced we will provide you with a refund for the amount that you originally paid for the item. (Proof of the original purchase is required).
